Service blocks:

  1. One-on-One Counseling & Coaching
    Personalized sessions to address specific challenges, build strategies, and practice skills in natural settings. Focus areas include symptom coping, routines, healthy habits, and goal setting for home/school/work.
     
  2. Life-Skills Training
    Cooking/meal planning, budgeting, housekeeping, personal hygiene, time management, organization, transportation skills, communication, conflict resolution, and self-advocacy.
     
  3. Recreational & Social Activities
    Structured social/recreational opportunities that reduce isolation, promote positive peer connection, and build confidence and belonging in the community.
     
  4. Group Support
    Psychoeducation and skills groups where participants share experiences, learn coping strategies, and practice social skills in a supportive environment.
     
  5. School & Vocational Support
    Collaboration with schools on IEP/504 supports; classroom and study strategies; job readiness, interviewing, and workplace communication; job retention coaching.
     
  6. Care Coordination & Family Collaboration
    Coordination with therapists, psychiatrists, primary care, and case managers; caregiver coaching; help with resource navigation (benefits, housing, food, transportation).
