We welcome referrals from providers, schools, case managers, and families. HowHow to refer (simple steps):

1. Submit a brief referral with contact information and a general reason for referral (no PHI by email).  
2. Our intake team contacts you within 1–2 business days.  
3. We complete the assessment and develop an individualized service plan.  
4. We coordinate with current providers and begin services.
